yy(q)w(l) series fuel organic heat carrier boiler adopts triple-return garden coil structure. the coil end adopts shrink coil, which effectively protects the boiler wall at the end of the boiler and is equipped with advanced combustion equipment. the pan is fully automated. after the fuel is ignited and combusted by the burner, the formed torch is filled in the inside of the disc tube and transmits radiant heat through the coil wall. this is the first return. the high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion converges at the rear furnace door and turns to the second return, which is the convection tube area. after the convection exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases to the forehearth door, where it turns to the third return tube zone. , and then enter the chimney through the economizer to the atmosphere. the entire boiler is shipped from the factory and can be put into operation only after the oil is connected to the site. the boiler heating surface consists of four parts: the radiant heating surface of the furnace, the heating surface of the first convection tube bundle, the heating of the second convection tube bundle, and the economizer (heat recovery boiler).
